Application Re-Assignment
This screen is used to swap the application among the same user profiles. If a user is on leave and there is a need to action on the application which the particular user is holding, the admin or any user who has the rights can navigate to the application reassignment in the admin screen to swap the application to another user in the same profile.
View
After selecting bucket shuffle from the Credit Policy Management module, the main screen where the activity selection displays for the user.
After selecting the activity, User views the below application details:
- Customer Code
- Group Name
- Initiated By
- Borrower name
- Business Segment Name
- Current At
User can select the application which requires a swap. As the user selects, the user views dropdown field in the popup – Application reassignment. Dropdown field displays the users in the same user profile. Users can choose the users and click on the swap button. This is a temporary swap, once the original user is available, the application moves to that user. When the user reverts to the application, it goes back to the original user.
